Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy described in the FAQ and checkout pages.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Do not circumvent security, share private course materials, or misuse the platform.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted, ActionConscious Floristry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
